How do the reseller packages work?
Our reselling program is based on our dedicated servers providing you with high volume virtual hosting on Unix servers. If justified you can get a static ip address. You only pay for the block account and an additional $2.00 per month per Ip.
Do Bulk Resellers get a FREE Custom DNS?
Yes, we provide you with a custom Domain Name Server (DNS). Your DNS hides our presence and your clients will never know we exist. Your site is the hosting company of record on 'who is' searches.

What is a Master Reseller Account?
A Master Reseller Account is the first domain set up for your reseller package. This domain name will be part of your  DNS. If your first domain is yourdomain.com, your DNS would be dns1.yourdomain.com and dns2.yourdomain.com.
What type of Plan is the Master Account ?
Master Reseller accounts are Silver Basic unix web hosting plans, this includes 100mb storage, 5000mb of transfer, one subdomain, 50 pop accounts, and much more.
Does the total data storage and transfer include my master account?
Only the data stored or used by your Reseller Master plan is counted towards your monthly utilization totals.
What type of plans are included for bulk reselling?
Bulk Plans are identical to our Unix Basic Hosting plans with or without dedicated IP's.

Who provides tech support to my clients?
Resellers are responsible for providing support to their clients. If you are unable to answer a complex question we will provide limited assistance help to you directly. Alternatively we can provide complete tech support for your clients for an additional cost.
Who is responsible for domain name creation or transfers?
Resellers are responsible for all their own domain name activity.

The web host manager is an easy to use software interface that creates, modifies, and terminates Unix accounts. It also allows you to upgrade or downgrade accounts and monitor their storage capacity use and bandwidth transfer. You set up your accounts using our web host manager without contacting us.
Do all resold accounts come with a control panel?
Yes,  Cpanel6 is provided for all resold accounts accounts.
